Assuming we sell Raphinha and Ferran, which is very possible, we'll need to sign another RW. Lamine is too young and hasn't even signed a new contract yet, who knows how good he'll look in adult football.

So yeah, we kinda need two LWs if Ansu doesn't come back and one RW. Depends on Xavi's formation too though.

Ofcourse Alba is ahead of him at lw. He is faster, better defensively and has the occasional great cross. Fati, only has the first time shot volley. If that doesn't work he is a burdain.

Xavi's formation in ideal scenario is a 4-3-3. He uses Gavi there because Ansu and especially Ferran are playing like shit. If he had a top left winger he'd no doubt use him.

A starting quality left winger is badly needed anyway you dice it. That flank doesn't look good at all atm. Most of the danger there comes from our fullbacks, both Alba and Balde being good offensively.

I would consider left winger spot our no1 priority in the summer.

There is a lot more to Xavi playing this formation than just no LW playing well.

Could easly see them going Gavi and somone like Carrasco there next season if sell up who have at moment.

They were claiming Baca could get 15/20m for Puig about a year ago.. not long before that it was Monchu for 35m or some shite.

Last summer clubs were lining up to pay 20m for Dest etc..

No chance Barca are getting anyhere near 100m for Fati.. Can see anyone even offering half that.
