There is nothing wrong with Leo. He just needs the squad reinforced, he's tired of seeing Xavi passing sideways and his buddy Masch playing defense instead of mid while having Pedro and Sanchez miss 4 out of 5 chances.

The tactics are pretty poor at the moment and as a result Messi looks less godly, he's still the same player who was though imo. His dribbling looks as good as ever.

He lost confidence in the board which failed to reinforce the squad, protect him when under fire, president resigns after making fraud transfer with neymar, transfer ban. Doesn't paint a pretty picture for Leo. He wants the board to give him confidence so he can do his job and they don't distract the players with off field BS.

You claiming to speak for Messi now?

Last few posts have been nothing but guess work. None of us has a clue what he is thinking.

"Guess work" is being kind... :D

...he's tired of seeing Xavi passing sideways...

...which Messi forces Xavi to do by standing like a fencepost next to the two centerbacks. You really think Xavi is going to try to make a 20 yard pass to a player being double-teamed if that player is making no effort to drop back to show for the pass?

In the last two game, Messi has started moving again, and, as a result, Xavi has started passing it into his feet. Messi then has attempted to dribble, and was dispossessed several times, but made good runs other times. I didn't really mind the dispossessions so much because at least Messi was moving to get involved in the play, which made the whole team more dangerous.

Bottom line: when Messi is mobile up front, the whole team plays much better (finishing and Alves crosses/defence aside). It's been awhile since we've seen that Messi, and I've been much more impressed with his movement in the last two games. If he keeps it up, Barça has an excellent chance of winning the league.
