According to multiple reports from Catalonia, Xavi Hernandez has put up measures to turn the situation as fast as possible.

Osmane Dembele and Rafinha will no longer start together in a match. They are now to compete for the right wing. Ansu Fati and Ferran Torres will also compete for the left wing. Frenkie De jong will now be the defensive midfielder ahead of Busquets. Gavi will continue to be a starter.

Just pay some hackers, see what Bayern is planing.

Or even closer Real Madrid.

We need diffrent type of player in midfield, someone lkke Goretzka or Valverde.

Gavi is not starter.

He is suited to a much more direct style of football. I really wonder why Xavi wanted him.

I actually believe Xavi wants to play a much more direct football than we are right now. Or at least to vary between direct and more conservative measures. We saw signs of it last season when we were at our best.

The problem also comes down to the types of players are actually in charge of the transitions. It's almost impossible to play direct football with players like Pedri and Busquets in charge of the tempo.

 It only took 5 years, but is it really happening?

Busquets can play very direct and fast football, if the players in front show themselves decently well. He isn't fit for "fast, direct" football if it means the wingers lose the ball 2/3rds of the time giving counter opportunities for the opponents, it is true.
Pedri is extremely slow in his tempo, it is also true.

I think Xavi should be able to play the way he wants to play, he has been given enough of the players he has wanted.

It's always somebody else's fault

No, it's always Busquets fault, when he doesn't win the WC, EC, CLx3, CdRx7 or ligax8 it is because of him, but when he does win it is because of somebody else. Him being named as the NL player of the tournament just last year was probably also because of anyone but himself.

How can you miss that chance fam ?

Lol, would be funny if someone attributes the miss to him being played out of position as it landed on his favorite leg. Though it happens, Fati almost missed his goal (and his chance was far closer) if not for the slow reaction from the Villareal defender.
