@gerardromero
: “There is a sporting staff cost limit, which is the maximum amount that a club can use. Barcelona have benefitted from article 77 to register one player due to a 4+ month injury lay off of another player. In the event that Christensen recovers before 4 months, the cost is used for the purposes of the staff cost limit and in case of having that margin YOU CAN re-register him. The same case as with Ronald Araujo.”

Pices of shit called Deco and Laporta really just unregistered him even if it's very possible that he'll be back sooner? Tebas is ok with that?

Hope Christensen sues them and goes far away from this club if it's true.

Dont believe that is the case.

The space on FFP is released on basis of him missing first half of season and if he comes back before that they would need space for him to play.

No.
He is registered, this is an exception for players missing 4 months or more.

Since it is early in the season, a player can be registered outside of salary cap to replace him.
Olmo is the one that is "provisionally registered ".
If anything happens, Olmo is the one affected and not Chris.

This has been the case all the time, and if players comeback they return normally and the provisional one remains, both can play. Same like Suarez and Braithwaite for example.

La liga has to confirm the injury now, but if he beats the medical timeline, there is no way you punish the club because of it. Had we falsified medical reports, there should be different punishment. But if Liga confirmed his injury, they are agree with the extent of injury, and the player and the club should never be affected by something they have approved.

Won't matter anyway, most likely Olmo will be fully registered before Chris comes back.

Dont think that is the case but can see.. if they are saying he is unavailable for 4 months then he cant play in that time unless they find room should he come back earlier.

ChatGPT explained it better.
“There is a salary cap for sports teams, which is the maximum amount of money a club can spend on its players. The club called Barcelona used Article 77, which allows them to register a new player if another player is injured for at least 4 months. If Christensen, one of their players, recovers earlier than expected, the team can use his salary space within the salary cap. If they still have room in their budget, they can add him back to the team roster. The same applies to another player named Ronald Araujo.”

That is what I said. They would need to have room for him to play before the 4 months is up.

Laporta probably betting on Nike contract will be signed until then, if it wasn't a lie that it was very well advanced.

Pretty sure he should be back sooner than January 1. It was part of the scheme to get Olmo registered.

Either way, our midfielders are getting back and Eric will be able to play in center of defense again and relieve Cubarsi and Inigo.

Still miss Christiansen. Think he was our most solid defender in last few years
