Agree with that, but controlling the whole fanbase when it comes to that is hard. Close to impossible. When a player performs the way Lamine is performing, he'll get praised and lifted up to the skies by Barça fans. The effects of it are not the best but it's a very natural reaction from the fans which can hardly be stopped.

I only find Salah coming close to him right now, but only so close that Lamine is still slightly better. I respect your opinion though, many people share it as well. But a few more league games of him playing this good and it'll be undisputable in football world. Because he keeps getting better and better with every game. Even though Salah is still world class by mid season he won't be able to catch up with Lamine, more so if Flick's Barça lives up to its hype and he actually gets to play in a good environment.

All he needs is reach Salah's output and influence in the big games. And this leads us back to end product. He's gonna provide those goals and assists vs likes of City, Arsenal, Madrid, Bayern etc... money should come naturally.

Reminds me of neymar and messi at times. The dribbling to the center of the pitch before entering final third and then give the controlled cross forward while dribbling forward. He does playmaking at times. He also did the feint step neymar used to do.

He's one of the best wingers in the world at 17 years old, and in all likelihood, he will be the best player in the world in 3-5 years time. His playmaking abilities are already the best in the world and once he develops his goal scoring consistency, it's game over.
Barcelona have to and will put him on a massive contract because they don't have a choice.

His pace seems to be a problem now but he's just turned 17 and his physical prime is yet to come. His pace might vastly improve in the coming years.

Don’t think his pace is problem. It doesn’t inhibit the crazy G+A numbers for his age. Can also put a fast winger on other side to compensate.
Salah was hella fast man. Even his Roma pace was substantially faster than peak pace at liverpool. So it’s fine if Lamine falls short in that regard compared to Salah.
