They will be coming for him from all quarters. They are desperate for his behaviour to be anything but perfect so they can attack him for not being humble enough.
He has a massive bullseye on his back. There is the usual Madrid hate train that can't stand the fact they have to spend hundreds of millions of state funds to buy French or Brazilian players who can come even remotely close to his ability
I love Messi to bits, but there are his worshippers who will also do Madrid's bidding. Every success of Lamine they see as a threat to the legacy of Leo.
And then there are the footballing accountants, who will go through his new contract with a fine tooth comb looking to portray him as some gluttonous mercenary.
We must defend him with our lives.
