Your players didn't step up against Chelsera in the semi and deserved to lose, end of story.

Really bro? REALLY? So you are saying that the team, who defend the whole match, give one shot on target, and throws every ball to drogba to shoot on goal from 50 meters.
You think that the team called Chelsea deserved a European Cup? The team that the played sh*t the whole tournament, the team that defend like a b*tch, the team that has not even 20 percent of ball possesion in the semi-final. I hope that next year the title will go into the right hands.

Stop whining. Football prizes aren't given to the prettiest team.

Alas fuck Bayern Munich bunch of bottling twats. Gomez is utter utter toilet. Robben is as overrated as they come.

Bayern don't deserve to share No.5 with us!!

In all my years of watching football since 1976 I have NEVER seen a team go on such a lucky run. It takes a staggering amount of luck to concede 2 penalties in 2 crucial situations and not be finished off by sides like Barca and Bayern. Not to mention all the chances Barca and Bayern missed.

I suppose Chelsea were due and credit to them for making 1000% uses of their resources unlike Barca and Bayern who were wasteful to a criminal extent.

In the end football is ruthless. You can hit the woodwork 10 times, dominate but if you dont put the ball into the back of the net it simply DOESNT MATTER. In the end football is about goals and results. They matter and stats dont.

It was destiny all along, the CL has been their dream and now they have got it let them enjoy it while they can.

Man as a Bayern fan this one really hurts, had a bad sleep about it, we made so many chances but just weren't finishing, I was telling my brother that its Chelsea's time to win, since second stage knockout they always seem to have that bit of good luck with them which you most teams need to win the CL. I thought against Barca it would run out. Man Mario Gomez plays like a donkey sometimes.
At the moment I cant just help but think about a lot of what ifs such as what if Robben Scored? or DVB slid in for that Olic pass.
But Congrats to Chelsea for not giving up. They took some Boss-like penalties (Ashley Cole)

I agree Bayern would not have been the worthiest winners... They did bottle it at times.

But how are Chelsea the worthy winners, please explain me that. Don't give me the usual cliche that they took their chances ffs

They did nothing but park the bus, put all their fuckin' players behind the ball. That's no tactic, that's no tactic at all... They fuckin' played a full back in attack! And created a nuisance scenario that Malouda was some how not fit enough!! A way to justify their disgusting tactic that is

No body is whining because Chelsdea didn't play pretty football... Every body is fuming because they didn't turn up to play! They had no plan to play at all!!
It's an insult for the other CL winners through out the time to be mentioned along the same lines as these dirty scumbags

Since when is "attacking" and "playing football" synonymous? Chelsea did play football. Not the football we'd all like to see, but football all the same. "They took their chances" is a cliche because it's said so often, and it's said so often because it's so, so true.

Playing football for me is balancing attack and defense, outplaying your opposition and creating chances. Thats exactly what Bayern (and every other team who played against Chelsea) did. Sitting back and waiting for them to attack you is not playing football, its parking the bus.

Bayern should have done the same eh? Sit back relax and let the opponents run at you... Block all the space and when you get the ball loft it forward to wards Gomez and let him do the rest of the work. That would have been such a spectacle, especially since the opponents were Chelsea!!

The reason for Bayern's big failure is that they have a narrow bench and their players looked exhausted.
Even with 4 banned key players like captain Terry, their best defender this season Ivanovic, impressive Ramires and Meireles, Chelsea still had quality players on the bench for the final - Torres, Essien, Malouda, Sturridge, Romeu, while Bayern had to play a DM like Tymoshchuk in defence and had on the bench leaving players like Olic and Pranjic, as both missed big parts of the season due to injuries, as well as the inexperienced Usami and Petersen, and Van Buyten who hasn't played even a minute since February.

Bayern looked exhausted in the last few weeks and that cost them the Bundesliga title, the cup and the CL. They went for a treble with a tiny squad, with only 13-14 players. As for Chelsea, they knew they couldn't outplay quality teams like Barcelona and Bayern, even if they try to outplay them they will miserably fail. So they took that defensive strategy they are very good at, and they succeeded. Kudos to them.
