His legacy can't be ruined. He has the all time Bundesliga records and many such things. His achievements are way too objective to deny. Plus, the fans love him and hate the current board. Bayern fans consider Hasan and Kahn a massive downgrade on Ulli and KHR. So, it's cool.

After signing Messi and seeing how that turned out, I don't think PSG wants to sign more oldies, unlike us.

They offered the same duration they did to Neuer and Muller. Lewandowski refused and declared to the media that he won't sign a new deal.

The 2 versions from Zahavi and Bayern board are differing from each other.

Not from what I have read, not even from Bayern's account. Hainer and Kahn kept spewing out their BS of showering Lewandowski with their affection and all the nice words in the world but never actually offered him anything and never had any talks at all. We know Lewandowski initially wanted to stay at Bayern and wanted a longer contract but was pissed off by Bayern's tactics of constantly delaying the talks and flirting with Haaland etc.
