Doesn't matter as long as we have a set bar that we won't pass. 40m as an upper limit for Lewandowski is fair for both teams. Up to 60 with a some 10-15m being variables is also a good upper limit for a player like Raphinha, knowing that he has many suitors, and is proven in the toughest league around atm.
