He is fairly young (37) and is not off to a good start but season only started.

Well, we are scoring and not losing. Alot of winning games turning to late draws which could be down to the experience.

I'm not huge on him, but he has selected well and given the young players opportunities at the right time.

Attack wise we lost alot with the injuries of Urena and Toni F, not to forget Dani Rodriguez who hasnt even played.

From what I can see, the side has two immediate development of Unai and Prim as the teams two pillers. Which may be a directive.

So in the end, think he will pull through and develop well a number of players, though probably doesn't hold the man management skills that Marquez had.

I didn't like some of his subs (defending a one goal lead) early in the season but overall think he's doing ok. But as said clearly lack of experience both by him and the team have cost us lot of points already. Hopefully they will all work to improve in those late phases of the games. Return of Mbacke (although he cost us a win in previous game) and other injured players should help and hopefully both Ghanaians will get a chance to impress too. I will be more than happy if we finish safe mid table and at least some players will show signs of improvement under Sanchez.
