I never regarded him as a generational talent if that's what you got from my posts (I'm raving more of the likes of Soule at AS Roma, let alone a talent like Yamal). Garnacho unfortunately doesn't have the natural talent on the ball to take his game to the next level and his type of game requires a lot of coaching in terms of movement and decision making. He has the attitude and speed to make it to the top level though (His ceiling imo is more of a starter at a top 4 PL club / sub for a top 2 club)

Good thing is that he is only 20 years old and I'm hoping that Amorim does some magic with him. His type of profile is rare for the Argentine NT which is why I'm hoping that he pans out but for now, he's at best a sub for the national team.
Fair enough mate. Balanced post. I respect your view.

I actually don't think he's that quick though. He seems quick because he runs a lot, but he struggles to outpace people. Might be wrong though.

No, I think you are correct in terms of his quickness. I thought he was faster, but unfortunately he's not. He seemed faster in the 21/22 season.

Think he is quick enough to make a difference as long as he improves his movement, decision making and finishing.

If he has declined in pace that is mad seeing as he's only 20, lol.

That's a lot to improve, let's see if he can do it. I'd like him to do well for Argentina, but not Man U.
