I just wasn't able to do a comparative analysis like you did and articulate it so well. It's incredible how such a fundamental factor is ignored while judging our team performances. I urge anyone to go and look at our games in 08/09 and see how teams open up against us, and how we struggled in games when the big teams parked the bus. Teams are still playing Bayern like they did us back in those games, not too worry though, that'll all change soon.

Didn't say we were weaker than them just saying look how bad that 09 team is Diarra, Gaga, Van Der Vaart Heinze an ageing Raul an out of sorts Robben. Compare that to us who had all our players near their peak. We can't expect to play at that level aagin and yet alot of people on this forum think we are terrible because we aren't at that same level.

But, if we'd have recieved that clear pen. on Fabregas in the first half, we would have been 2-0 up against them. Could have ended even worse for RM.
