If we win today, we get another 2 mio.
We also got 7 mio for reaching the final.
So 9 mio are possible, compared to the maximum of 4 mio for winning the copa del rey. Its an important cup

Flick's lineup knowing his weird ways -
Pena,
Kounde, Cuba, Inigo, Balde,
Casado, Pedri
Yamal, Gavi, Reph
Lewa.

I would like to see Wojak and Olmo instead. But Flick usually plays the his set team from the previous game, and Pena was late hence he didnt start.

But hope I am wrong.

Moreover, there is more at stake in a Clasico Final
  • Money for club accounts
  • Trophy
  • RM losing a trophy to Barça, head to head
  • Momentum into the business end of the season

If we absolutely dominate the midfield like against Atletico (even tho we lost), I am hopeful.

Mostly depends on our front three tho. Yamal doesn't look ready to give his 100% and Raph and Lewa simply didn't play well lately.

Hard to win if our attackers throw away the ball instead of scoring goals

I just hope Flick prepared the team for Madrid's tactic against his offside trap. You don't need to be Guardiola to understand that their whole focus today will be not to stand offside, especially Mbappe. Expect runs from deeper positions and baiting the trap.

Nice to see everyone excited.
Following our drop in form and then Madrid overtaking us in the league we are now in a must win situation.

Unsurprisingly, Flick said that he would do the same thing as in previous Clasico and thus proving once again how inflixible he is.

Madrid will play smarter this time, no doubt

There is nothing to prove. Everyone who watched him in Bayern and German NT knows that he doesn't have a plan B. He makes some adjustments here and there, but he'll never go away from his style of play. Laporta and Deco knew exactly who they were signing. People wishing for Flick to adjust according to his opponents will be disappointed every time. His style is high risk, high reward.

Not optimistic for this one.

Madrid better right now, our display against Bilbao was bad-ish despite the deserved win
Lamine from injury
Raph missing sitters
The polish tracktor up front
The usual problems with full-backs

Only Pedri shines right now

Damage control for Flick
