It was a calculated move for specific needs (clearly not to be a starter) which will be evaluated again in the summer, and the buy option will be triggered or NOT triggered based on his performances.

Klopp is the one who choose Brandt over Salah, always remember that.
He is a coach but not an SD, and he will always say good things about a new transfer. In fact he is just like Pep whom always say all those fake nice statements.
There is no "good player certificate" you get just because Liverpool took you on loan. You need to prove yourself on the pitch which Arthur has failed in 2 different leagues under 4 different coaches.

It was the ideal game for him to be playing. Just absorbing pressure, circulating the ball without any intent or urgency to score. Weird that the master tactician didn't realize that Artur, with all his shortcomings, was the absolutely perfect cm for that game.

Well, it has been proven they weren't though, hasn't it. As well as Coutinho. The first tie was also revealing about the appropriate squad we should be using. But master tactician missed the clues from that game somehow.
