It is a bit weird to think about reinforcing the LB spot right now especially being linked with yet another Youth prospect that is very unknown outside Fluminense followers or guys who have a hardcore scouting account who follow Brazilians.
Better off sticking with Balde/Fort and possibly Faye? (Assuming he stays and Flick thinks he can play LB).

He isn't for first team, Deco is handled both B team and first team signings.
And you never stop buying talent based in position, if you spot a talent and you think it will be a success, you go for it. Assuming finances isn't going to be an issue

He has offer from us, Leverkusen and Anderlecht. The later has first team promise.

I watched second half of BarcaB vs Cordoba and Faye looked very sharp both defensively and passing wise. Why would they sell one of the best prospects?
This. It would depend on the buyback option. But if it is anything like the Nico Gonzalez one then he is never coming back.
I think he has to be in the first team next year, considering he is fast enough and smooth enough on the ball to also be LB. But seems our finances are so crippled that we are going to have to do whatever it takes to make signings.
He looks poor from Youtube videos. Obviously not the best talent indicator but there is nothing in there that shows he has any potential as a fullback, not unless the club see him as a CB or something.

Selling Faye for the 15 mil would be disaster. Ship Ferran to Newcastle for the same instead.

We have to sell before end of Juna and Mika is our only sellable asset. I think he's gone.

I think if cheap he would be ok for BA, especially if we stay in Primera RFEF (don't think he's ready for Segunda if promoted but then Gerard Martin will probably stay - I don't see him playing another season in 3rd tier). But yeah, probably doesn't have level to ever get close to the first team. Would prefer Oduro but his future is not really in our hands.
