Can't miss a free agent like David just because Lewa is still here for 1 season. We have to at least try for him too. A club with money problems, potent strikers who are free agents and also quite young are a must.

The most important thing is that we don't miss on the biggest striker talents. Yes, Lewa is still here for one more season, but it seems to me that the striker market will be much less populated in summer 2026 especially if Gyokeres and Šeško move this summer and the big fish that are running out of contracts (Haaland, etc) renew with their clubs/leave for another club.

We must not miss out.

I doubt David would turn out to be a solution long term, but it would be stupid for us to miss on him. Especially if we're not going after another striker and I suppose we're not.

Sesko seems promising but he's also work in progress. What price do you expect @FCBfan22, any rumours?

And Zhegrova is really good, not a scoring beast but a creative wide player. The fact he is a massive Barca fan can be leveraged to get a good deal on him. Like Brahim Diaz a bit. Or Rodryo for that matter. There's a risk with him, of course, but need some Balcanic blood in this team.

If we start to chase stars like Leao or Diaz... bad for us in the current position.

Well, there is a rumour that he has an agreement with Leipzig that they will let him go for 65-70 million Euros if somebody is willing to pay that. He is apparently shortlisted as one of the potential Lewa replacements by us, but the rumours have died down recently. So did the rumours of him moving to EPL, which kinda indicates that he is set on staying at Leipzig until the summer.

He is indeed a work in progress, but that's why I think it makes sense. If we get him in the summer, he can play along with Lewa, split playing time 50-50 and develop more and assume the starting role in 2026. Lewa can stay too if he accepts 50% wage cut and bench role (if he indeed likes Barcelona so much).

As I said before, a good summer from us would be Tah, a fullback, a winger and a striker.

Ligue 1 McDonald's is the only league where the worst PSG since Ibra can go totally unchallenged and unbeaten. Big NO.

Fucking Asensio looks great there.

Many talents come from Ligue 1. It's a physical league. After all, it's not easy to be a farmer, it takes hard work and dedication.

Few things:
1-Zhegrova is RW, transfer market has him at 136 games on the right, 9 on the left, 2 centrally. That's not exactly versatile. Currently we have Lamine as starting RW, Torres as a backup, Raphinha as a guy comfortable playing there, we have just signed I.Diarra who could be absolute hit (we will have clearer picture by the end of the season) and Toni Fernandez whom Flick really likes. On the LW it is Raphinha, and maybe Torres. So, Zhegrova could be a very good signing, as he will immediately be great backup RW, but we will still need to buy a LW.

2-He loves Barca, but he shares agent with Frenkie. I doubt we will get any favours regarding the price. Same with Gyökeres btw.

3-Diaz will be ok if we get him with a 30-40M deal like what happened with Mane & Bayern. If we don't get a top CF soon, we will need a good LW to have a strong rotation on the wings. Ideally we get a good CF, and a rotation LW if we have a money for only one.

Not a solution long term probably, but win-win. We'll sell for profit or could be a hit. Much better 9 than Ferret or Ansu.

David is the new Depay IMO, he scored 15 goals in CL & league, 7 of them are penalties and many of the other 8 were weird tap ins with some poor defending. He doesn't excel or standout in anything. Not dribbling, speed, creativity. Even his finishing isn't that good, he is below his xG on non penalty goals. He is consistent in the league, that's the only thing that is in his favour.

He has an offer from Bayern, and we will have to at least match it. If it is a big one, there is a scenario where he is a deadweight who is paid more than his value.

In low salary, he is a good backup for a couple of years then sell him again to Monaco or something

Marc Domenech is desperate to join us according to Marca. Has renewed with Mallorca last summer when we tried to buy him but so far didn't get first team minutes they probably promised him to stay and has now totally fallen out of the first team squad after expressing his wish to leave.

He also hired Pini Zahavi to bring him to Barca. Our offer last summer was lower than 500k but his clause is now 4m. No idea if we'll go back for him and how highly the club really rates him.
