They won't agree to a that kind of deal and they are opening talks with him on a contract renewal soon so nothing will happen this summer.
Best shot would be agreeing a deal with BVB behinds doors and get him in Winter 2015.
Of course they are. But if Marco Reus has his mind set on leaving BvB this summer, there's nothing they can do except cash in or use the Lewandowski method -- use him until his contract expires.

They are more likely to use the Lewandowski method or let him go for 35m next summer than selling him or making a deal now.
How can they use the Lewandowski method when they have a buy out clause in his current contract from the next window? The only way he can continue to the end of his contract is if he signs a new one or rejects teams that pay the buy out (which is basically every team that has 25 mill)
Barca needs more depth upfront. Neymar seem to be a fragile player. Relying on only Munir and Pedro as the back ups ain't a good idea, specially with the transfer ban back in. One more forward is needed.

They'd need to pay him a bonus too, to be fair. And yeah, unless Reus renews, then he's gone next summer. I hope we manage to get him. You don't just turn down Reus when he's available for 25M euros.
35m euros.
Well it depends. Bayern suggest that it's 25M and Borussia Dortmund is, as far as I know, yet to deny it. But still, Reus at 35M euros is a steal.
You should pray that CAS reduces or overturns our transfer ban then.
