I replied to that in the courtois thread. They don't automatically have release clause in England, so maybe he doesn't have any.

Well, he's already doing well since he became a CB after not signing anyone, so why not.
Barca is so strong, but I'm still salty he wanted to force TS to sign, instead of really searching for a new CB since TS had little to no chance to sign.
In the end, I hope it will not backfire. Don't let one of the Madrid clubs wins the liga please

No it will not be useless since the 1,2, or 3 years that we have him he would have done the job of goalkeeper. If he is then sold we'd get a transfer fee. Courtois is potentially the best goalkeeper in the world, regardless of how well Ter Stegen or some other goalkeeper does the club should be taking serious consideration of procuring his services.

I think Reina is coming, regardless of either of ter Stegen or courtois joining. Zubi can even just bring Reina next summer, and another gk in 2015.

So it means we may have two completely new keepers who don't know anything about barca and valdes leaves also.
What will happen to oier, shall he disappears into thin air. Why are we even keeping oier in the first place, barca will never rotate goalkeepers. Saying that no club will ever do that if your first goalie is in form, unless you have Iker casillas warming the bench.
Courtois + Reina seems like a dream but it is hard to materialize.
Cech + Ter Stegen is also very good.
Ter stegen and Reina is also good but not so good as above two.
Supposedly we have a pre contract with both reina and ter stegen.
Just have to wait and see.

Reina is from la masia. That's one of the reasons Zubi wants him.

But that was like 10 years back, barca have changed a lot since then, although a little familiarity is good and he is a spain international. So maybe not a bad idea afterall if he continues his form from napoli then good because we need a transition goalie who have loads of experience to able to settle at any club. Courtois or Ter stegen are still too young to adjust properly.
I prefer Cech. If chelsea does not let Courtois leave, then they may leave cech. But reina is viable and best option right now to immediately replace valdes.
Damnnn!!! why can't valdes stay 1 more year.
