Bayern München

Bayern basically taking a huge gamble because they’ve been rejected by about 6 coaches now, no way was he close to their first choice.

Good managers have had lower teams relegated in the past though so that’s not necessarily a good indicator of a managers abilities e.g. Rijkaard, Klopp, Alonso at Real Sociedad B so they’re basically just hoping he follows suit.

I suspect they will be looking for another coach this time next year though.

Fulham refused the first offer from Bayern but now they will increase it as expected! Probably 60m which is still cheap considering that Palhi is one of the best on his position!

If we face them in CL I feel we should beat them for the first time in years. Their side doesn't look that convincing tbh.

They took a big risk signing Kompany. Could work out, could be a disaster. But same goes for us and Flick too.

Neuer has just renewed, but they have bought that Köln GK as a replacement.

Oh yes just saw that, looks like Bayern is doing a big mistake, that köln dude is only 21 or 22, dont think he is ready for the big stage and Neuer is absolutely finished, he will cost the cl title with his mistakes, mark my words guys

Have to say Bayern with Musiala looks way better than without him, will be tough to beat them again and tbh i would like to avoid them in early stage cl. Think Real and City would be easier to beat 🧐

What other options do they have?

If they believe the Köln guy is the one, you deal with the growing pains now rather than losing on him.

Obviously, I've no idea how good he is.

They could bring a proven, currently injured, veteran German GK in the summer. It would be hilarious when 50-year old Neuer would bench him like he did for the whole of his career.

I mean they could at least buy somebody from from 1st division, Köln plays in 2.Bundesliga and didnt hear anything about this dude....

We will see but sure is that Bayern wont be successful again with grandpa Neuer as GK
