It isn't working offensively and defensively. We relying too much on Silva, Luiz and Gustavo for defense and Neymar and Oscar for offense. I gave Paulinho a chance but enough is enough. He has to make way for Fernandinho at this point. Hernanes or Willian or both need to be included. Fred has been useless. It like playing with 9 men. Damn, you Pato.
I think we can still win but not like this. We will go out in the next round playing like this. Scolari has to make the tactical decision that changes this around like he did in 2002.

I've been literally crying about this to anyone who listens for weeks and weeks. I can't just can't get my head around it, there is no creativity whatsoever AND for such a defensive lineup Brazil are very vulnerable. There is no fluidity whatsoever.

Scolari is god-awful, with a god-awful selection, and Brazil is going to pay dearly for that.
But since I don't really care about Brasil, I'm going to enjoy watching them crumble. Going from Dunga to Scolari, ehh... first fix your coach, before trying to win anything.

Brasil will still be crushed by legitimate sides. Can you imagine them against Germany? It's going to be a massacre against a lot of other teams.
What bias? Because I stand by Scolari call-up decisions and I still stand by them. The only one I had an issue with was Miranda and neither Dante or Henrique has seen a minute so far so that completely irrelevant.

Brazil fan knows his stuff but I agree otherwise with what you say. There are times when I think there is some corruption amongst the Brazilian hierarchy.
Some of the players selected have not been selected on merit whilst some of the talented youngsters have been either discarded or treated so unfairly. Something fishy going on there I think.

You have to admit he has left out so many more deserving players. I mean how can you just ignoring players such as Diego Alves, Filipe Luis, Coutinho, Firminho and Lucas Moura even. It's easy to say they haven't peeformed but neither do Hulk or Dani Alves. At least most of the youngsters have room for improvement but how much better can donkeys like Fred and Jo become, you can polish turd but it still is turd.

It's not corruption. Scolari is just stubborn, and past it, imo. Before the nt, he got the team he was coaching to be relegated, in the brasileiro. He got the job because Mano was even worse, and because he was the coach in 2002.
