Maybe not and he is an emotional fucker that clashes with board but regardless it seemed Bayern made that decision in large part to get him in.

At clubs like Bayern if you are out CL to Villareal and then challenging for league the next then heat will be on.
He is emotional yeah. Got himself sent off the other night going mental on the sidelines.

True, Nagelsmann definitely had his issues too despite their CL record this season.

Nagelsmann has hardly been a beacon of consistency.
Wasnt easy decision to make really. If Bayern waited and probably still crashed out, they have to go back to drawing board in summer with an even smaller coach pool to pick from

Pretty sure they were after Tuchel back around the Heynckes second stint around 2018 or 2019 as well

Bayern were fighting for league.

That is enough for any coach of theirs to not have too many complaints if dunted.

Also they most likely knew was their one chance to get Tuchel for a while and all added up to them making a change earlier than would have wanted to.

Going out early in CL last year also plays a part. They expect league and CL performances and probably knew writing on wall with City games either way.

"Their one chance" how, exactly?

They could simply have waited until the summer, Tuchel wasn't getting any high profile job before that, Nagelsmann sacking was, objectively speaking, just dumb.

What other high profile club could have picked Tuchel up, really?

EPL as it stands is pretty much ruled out, la liga? Ancelotti probably stays, so does Xavi and Diego.

What else left is there, back to PSG?

Bayern will win the Buli again, they have an easier schedule than Dortmund, which will play Wolfsburg, Gladbach and tough nuts like Mainz and Augsburg. Meanwhile Bayern will play mostly relegation teams like Hertha and Schalke.

Sad thing is, even if this Bayern played Barca in a match this week they'd still probably win 4-0.
what's that supposed to mean? Everyone knows we're trash right now. Problem with Bayern is, everyone hypes them up each year and they get beat up by the first elite side they face in KOs  Or even Villareal...
