No, if Pep doesn't prove to be a tactical genius as people have made him out to be, we'll be most likely in deep shit.
United will act like they have no pressure to score a goal and will park the bus even harder, while hoping for a goal to miraculously happen via a set-piece or counter (aka for Blunderteng to strike). At the same time we have no Schwein, no Thiago, no Martinez for the role of holding midfielder.
It will not be easy, it will not be pretty. I sure as shit hope Bayern advance, but there will most likely be no thrashing be involved.
