Yea, it's bound to end at some point, you can't ride those fine margins that often. I'm curious to see Real in some tough away games in La Liga or in Dortmund.

Even if they lose to Dortmund they will probably win in the last day at home and snatch 1st, if not, as I said, they'll finish 2nd and draw Leicester, Monaco or Napoli to fly to the quarters like nothing happened.

Dortmund might actually win the group. The Leipzig game aside, they've been playing very well this season. There would be some difficult opponents for Real if they finished 2nd.

Just kidding, they'll win the CL again.

They only played Mainz and lost to Bayern, what's so great about that? ( Usually Pep lost the 'Supercup' to Dortmund but was using many subs and reserves )

Legia is a joke, I wouldn't make any predictions based on a result against those amateurs.

Yeah, since Uefadrid played like they did, I would say there's a chance they won't win against teams like Schalke, 04 or Borussia Gladbach, its improbable they won't make at least 15p in this group and win it by a fine margin.

It doesn't matter where they finish they'll get the easy draw they always do.

They dominated vs Bayern, but choked as they often do these days.

It doesn't matter as much if you finnish 1st or 2nd with this f-up seeding system. If you're unlucky you can draw some really tough teams as a group winner, and as a group runner-up you can end up with dream draws like Napoli, Monaco or Leicester. It's chaotic, too reliant on luck.

Exactly.

Would perhaps be better if Madrid do indeed finish 1st and get someone like City who are looking very impressive under Pep so far.

Well, if they win they can't draw Atletico or Sevilla that are projected to finish 2nd and will probably be the last choices for a non-Spanish winning group team.
