Another Carlo masterclass

5-0 on big chances
6-1 including the pens
(The red bar for Madrid would haven't raised out of the floor without the pen)
But watch when Liverpool has 30 shots on target and courtois saves them all then real scores a goal from deflection “CaRlO oUtClAsSeD sLoT”

another ridiculous comeback after yesterday that we haven’t seen too often from dutch clubs. Goals min 88, 90, 94
Aye it was class, gonna watch highlights later. Well done to them.

By the way, I know it could be because it is the inaugural season, but as stated already, this new format is a breath of fresh air. Can you imagine Real and PSG as two examples struggling this much in the previous format? I know PSG missed out once or twice before but they're really struggling badly here.

Seeding doesn't matter that much anymore as you get two teams from every pot, one home and away. Fixtures can also be easier on paper for weaker teams than for harder teams. We will have to wait to see if it makes the knockout phase weaker, but for now it has really put the cat among the pigeons.

And our boy Valle came on for the last 30 minutes and almost immediately asissted for equalizer (though Maeda still had a lot to do). Apparently played well and Celtic fans want him to be a starter.

Just watching the highlights now and Connor Bradley just keeps getting better and better.

Liverpool would be fine without Trent although he definitely needs to stay at Liverpool, he would be a fish out of water outside Merseyside.

Courtois will go down as one of Madrid’s best ever players for sure. The amount of times he’s kept them out of trouble in the last few years is staggering.

Unlucky ending for Villa son. Hope you still finish top 8.
