It's amazing how much more relaxing it is to cheer for a team like Chelsea when they're defending a lead after these past few years as a Barca fan. Even with a 1 goal margin, I was pretty calm that whole second half.

Our entire backline consists of choking clowns and Marc Andre "Coin flip" Ter Stegen. Meanwhile this board is busy trying to sign Aguero , Neymar , Depay and Eric " La Masia" Bartra. No wonder Bartomeu was so long at the helm of this club.

La Liga clubs should stop playing the same old players thinking this is 2015. Just fucking assume 2-3 years of poor showings in CL and rebuild. This Chelsea side was dicked by EV Barca and played in Europa League for some years, and now they seem to be rebuilding something with the young players they have.

TBF, Rudiger/Christensen were memes not too long ago. Secondly, Chelsea fans were aching for the replacement of Azpi. They wanted Jorginho gone because he was a liability (he was). This has more to do with Tuchel revamping Chelsea's ability to defend as a unit than the individual players themselves. Like seriously, Christensen looked COMPLETELY out of depth under Sarri and Lampard. Now they're all effectively closing off channels, pressing like maniacs, and consistently intercepting passes.


Yeah sure they don't have slow pokes in their team, but this is Tuchel's work 95%.
