The probem for every defender is, that you can win every duel against an attacker, but if you lose one important one that leads to a goal, you're the loser. On the contrary to the attacker, who can lose all duels the whole game and only needs to win and score once to be the hero.
With this in mind, it's way harder to play a perfect game as a defender. I don't expect Cubarsi or Araujo to win every duel.

Maybe we should just never tackle him. Our tactics should be when he has the ball to leave him alone and mark all the other players so he can't pass it. This will mean he will have a one on one chance against Ter Stegen every time he has the ball which will guarantee us a clean sheet.

I would play this in Paris with Cubarsi playing CB or DM as the plays goes. I don't know if this should be the starting 11 or the last 30 minutes. As I don't know when Paris is the most dangerous when they risk it all.

The other solution is to starve them with posesion 433 and hope our players can win 1 v 1 vs them on their counters and Lewandowski and co can win duels and finish the plays to score 2-3 goals. I doubt this is possible and I strongly believe we have low quality players in key areas.
