CBs are terrible. No striker. No real wingers. Some clear deficiencies in the squad building by the board.

Only silver linings are that I liked that Dest, Pedri, and Trincao seemed to take it personally to down 2-0 early in the game and looked to be trying harder. But give it a few months, they'll be lifeless zombies just like the rest of the team that have lived this nightmare many times.

Can someone please answer me and tell me why our team looks physically less capable than even the likes of Cadiz? We never press like Bayern or Liverpool and still look the tired team on the pitch

How do you expect a team to press from front with Messi?

It is impossible and all will do is leave gaps to be exploited.

Look at the face of Koeman. He looks like he gave up on this team already.

It is obvious that the coach has given instructions and the players don't follow them. Koeman isn't the only one. Setien too. Koeman explicitly said to the press that the players should shoot more. All we get is a million passes on the edge of the box and nothing else.
Just bench Messi. Brings nothing but a weak ass mentality and shit attitude.

Barca play to suit Messi , and that means dozens of passes around the box and backwards time after time. It worked when he had quality around him , now its nothing but dross.

Against whom? Dynamo Kiev? Other farmers?

Played both Kiev and Ferencvaros with and without Messi.

In both the games without him the team played with pace/energy and variety and pressed from front.

In both games with him didnt do that and looked disjointed as a unit and relied on individual moments.

We're down in this match primarily because of our Centrebacks. Guess Messi should run all the way back and play CB too.

The team does play more as a unit and can press as a unit without Messi but struggle to with him walking about.

Having said that Messi was best player on park in last 15 mins but even then off the ball and playing as a team off the ball is impacted.

The most ordinary team just has to sit back and wait to pounce on our mistakes. I just wish we had finished third and gone into EL.

Mark my words we will get another thrashing for the fourth consecutive year. Probably lose 12-2 on aggregate to Liverpool.

Juve playing simple, direct and effective football. A 9 at the 9 position. Pure wingers that can actually dribble, cross, shoot and even head. Midfielders that can actually win a tackle, among other things. Lol. No false 9 and false wingers like Barca. False defenders, False everything. Lol.
