Yea, everyone picked that one up, british media especially. He threw his hands when it was cleared from the line then he started to get up and saw Bale striking it in the net then proceeded to threw his hands one more time

His bicycle kick shot got cleared off the line, he was asking for it to be counted as a goal. People are kinda overreacting tbh.

Over reacting ? this is the worst goal celebration we have ever seen in football! Any player that see his attempt didn't go in but his team mate got it back and scored would be happy just the same, but not CR7 ... no, goals that are not his don't count of course.
