I watched the first minute of the Beast video posted here. Cristiano calling himself The Best, got Beast to glaze him about his 60m followers and passed off as jokes as to how it took Beast 13 years to get 60m followers and how he is going to beat his number of followers.

When I was growing up, if a celebrity displayed such extreme narcissism, he would be immediately dismissed as a total knob. Universally. Today, people seem to enjoy this. I bet his 60m followers got a shot of dopamine when he described himself as The Best.

What a totally strange world this has become.
