Important to note that it's temporary until they finish the entire process which might take a week or two to get a final decision about whether they will be registered for the rest of the season or not.

So be cautiously optimistic.

Really? Folks were expecting it to take months.

I might have misunderstood then, but what happens in that case?
So if they make a final decision in April both won't be able to play the rest of the season then?

They play until final decision, if final decision is in our favour then they are registered as the court overrule the Liga rejection of the registration. If it is against us, they are free agents until the end of the year.

Crazy innit. Its like thinking Laporta would sack the coach, who he begged for months to stay and is barca legend… cause of a couple words.
Nope, it was much deeper than that. We played terrible football under Xavi and there were no signs of improvement. Plus words Xavi said were entirely different and they implied he pretty much gave up on the job he had.

Yeah, it's temporary. As I said few days ago we're in a better position since LFP acknowledged we're 1:1 rule compliant. The whole saga is now down based on technicality and timeline. Who did what and when.

The talk in Catalan media was they won't participate against Bilbao tomorrow. Not months, but few weeks. CSD is not the criminal court after all.

LFP acknowledged 1:1 (if we trust the ones reporting it), but they did not acknowledge it was done in time (before 31st Dec.) to register Olmo and Pau

The court will decide on that, not on whether 1:1 has been reached, irrespective of the decision of the precautionary measure which will have only temporary validity

If it was in time or not it has to be verified. Depends on what the rules say. If proof of received funds in the form of a bank statement is mandatory, we don't have a case.

Don't know what hope is there if both La Liga and Spanish FA rejected us. Case will only go back to them only for us to be rejected again.

The only chance I see is if La Liga asked for some type of documents that other teams were not required to present in similar cases. If they strictly applied the rules and Barca failed to meet them in time... it's done.
