Don't know what hope is there if both La Liga and Spanish FA rejected us. Case will only go back to them only for us to be rejected again.
The spanish FA didn't reject anything, they simply stated they can't register either if Laliga doesn't allow it. Reports are coming out, that the federation is leaning towards Barca and thinks the law not to be able to register a player twice a season is pretty stupid and should be abolished. They even stated it in a letter to Barca and Laporta is using it too in his 50+ sheets of argumentation before the CSD.

Imagine you're in the transfer window, you can sign and register players, but not one specific player, because he was already registered in the summer and isn't now anymore. Some brainfart from LaLiga again to make clubs their life more difficult, while the PL being the playground for dirty money and state sponsoring laughs how LL cripples itself.

'should' be abolished. That's not how law works.

Yes, maybe it should, but it was in place and Barca violated that rule.

There is no court that will judge in favor of Barca on the basis of 'shoulds' and you know that

Thing is, remember how LaLiga changed rules because they deemed our incomes loopholes (levers, not counting 100% as income), but this rhetorical rule that this case has shown to have shortcomings can not be amended.

Yeah, fuck thebes, and fuck his eye bags too.

I hope the translation I read is correct

The CSD has assessed that "according to article 27 of the Sports Law, professional athletes have the right to a sports career in accordance with their potential and with all guarantees and certainty.

The CSD believes that failure to adopt this precautionary measure would cause serious economic and sporting harm to the club and, above all, to the players. This could also harm the interests of the Spanish national team, as well as the rest of the national competitions, including LaLiga," the public body insists.

Finally some voice of reason from a ruling body. FFP was created to monitor clubs from destroying themselves financially, not sabotage them when there are options. Doesn't have to be draconian like CSD points out. Flexible. Barca have liquidity, Sevilla FC don't. Their salary cap is set at 2.5m and none of it is our fault. They hate us. Fuck them.
