Legion of Doooom
That's a good point, how did your friend know Beast was a Madridista if you had nothing to do with it? I'm still not convinced we heard the whole story.
Good post, I more or less hold the same stance. The only major source of contention is that I think this really broke whatever trust the community had. You should always be skeptical about who you talk to on the internet but this is going to keep a lot of people from making personal statements. I won't really affect me because there's a few people here I know I can trust and everyone else I'm naturally wary of, but certain personal details that can't really be used against me in any way I have no problem bringing up.
I think DM's a fraud - and I voted accordingly. And this doesn't make him a bad person - i.e. not aight. But in real life I wouldn't like DM, I don't think. For me when he first started posting he was quite irritating, getting up to 2000 posts writing stuff that usually had little or nothing to do with sensible Barcelona issues. But then he started posting quality and I often agreed with him. While I was absent for around 2 or 3 months I see that he must've posted some really good stuff because so many people are now fond of him. Eventually I found him quite funny and somehow his one-liners magically turned into fully coherent and intelligent sentences. I don't trust him and I think he's just messing around, having a laugh, and I don't like that sort of stuff. It's unnecessary drama. But I'd be glad for him to stay, contribute to the forum, have a good time. While the internet is a medium for getting to know others, it doesn't have to be so. So for all I care DM can have a million alter-egos, and him posting that Benjamin Lance picture tag thing just shows that all the more he has fabricated the majority of his claims. But as long as he doesn't attempt to mess around with others' accounts, then I will just enjoy his posts.
Edit: Ah, i see he has now admitted that he was lying, so therefore the "I think he's just messing around" is now "i know he was just messing around".
So long as he is honest so as not to fool people and deceive them, I can appreciate his contributions.
