EC investigation over state aid

Anybody has any insight on the pending EC investigation on several LFP clubs, including us, over alleged illegal state aid from the Spanish government?

Just wondering, what is the worst case scenario or us? Paying back the money we allegedly received? Which will have an impact on our transfer budget?
