Half of these mercenaries will be out the door in July anyway when they fumble to a 9th place finish. Boehly will then buy another 10 players.

Enzo's ?105 million fee is the perfect example of over inflated World Cup tax. Lovely midfielder but 100 million pounds is fucking ridiculous.

Chelsea plan to take ovetr the world.

This spending is only the start and they want to put in place a wordwide group bigger than Citys.

Another thing UEFA should stop or access to Super League should stop. These 'groups'.

I've always hated Chelsea, and I've just renewed my hatred on a 5 year deal on deadline day. My release clause is their relegation.

Another reason why the ESL can't come soon enough:

UEFA are as incompetent and corrupted as it gets.
They just 'realized' what Bohly was doing with the 8 and 9 year contracts, and changed the rules for 'next window'
LMAOL :lol:that is right after Bohly would have managed to pay 650m and buy whoever he wanted circumnavigating the FFP

Then, we know that they don't do shit, because they let state-clubs be the last 10 years without touching them, and only pretending there are checks in place which never function properly

Nothing whatsoever to do with corruption or incompetence.

Any club could have signed players on these contracts before now. Well any in the countries where FIFA 5 year rule doesnt apply.

Clubs started lobbying to change rules now after Chelsea have taken advantage of it.

Chelsea are taking a risk.. in the unlikely scenario likes of Enzo or Mudryk flops they have a huge cost on books cant get rid of easily at all.

Incompetence is that they realized Chelsea is cheating against all the other clubs by maneuvering this way contracts.
A body should be there to anticipate things, not just chasing events after they were done

Wasn't illegal before the new ruling, but was unethical. That's why other clubs lobbied.

No.. Chelsea are not cheating.. they are exploiting the rules in place and taking risks other clubs havent.

Was never 'unethical' either.. no one cares about 'ethics' at that level regardless. Teams were not avoiding doing it to stay ethical.

Whether they could have changed rules earlier is another argument but the rules were there for anyone who could take advantage of them.

Clubs dont like an owner coming in and being able to throw that much money around.. rightfully so really and it would provide huge risks to clubs if it was to be repeated as some enivitably would get it wrong and could be in a bad place.

Chelsea will probably go out and raise hundreds of millions in sales in summer and they have best academy in world that they will back to keep producing a bank role as well as players for first team.

Dude no one was handing 8 or 9 yr contracts, and no one before Boehly tried to cheat FFP this way, because they played by the rules

'the rules were there for anyone to take advantage of them' LOL
Like saying there are ways to break into a house that were there for everyone to see but only a clever thief managed to see them
Yes, maybe because the others didn't want to steal in the first place

It isnt cheating and clubs were not 'playing by rules' as reason did not do it.

That is fantasy.

Clubs were already signing players for more than the five years UEFA are to reduce it to anway. Both Real and Barca have in last year.

No that breaking into a house analogy is terrible and not applicable.

tbf, it is more of Chelsea tax. Benfica would have sold him for less in summer but Chelsea didn't want to wait.

Lol 😂 so much for South American players preferring Spain or Italy.
Nowadays it's all about the $$$$ and the players will happily freeze their asses off for that money.

EPL is a super league in itself. We can't compete and neither can the red of Europe. Time to give UEFA an ultimatum.
