Bad attitude. It is not hard for a professional to increase athletic performance. Squats, Deadlifts , Bench presses. These footballers think doing light weight high rep builds muscle and strength. When high reps are just not that useful. All training videos show this Baby weights with Baby reps.

Every professional football players should be at least squatting 100kg and dead lifting 140kg for reps.
There is a reason 100kg bench press is used as a benchmark for NFL combine. Of course in football you don?t need that high upper body strength compared to American football.

Feels like one of those players who will not take feedback on improving his physical attributes.

My biggest issue with him is that he turns his back on shots at goal .. the exact opposite of how Puyol defended
