Might as well we get in crazy mofo Bielsa. He knows spanish at least
We need a coach with balls who won't cave under pressure of seniors, mainly.
Well, not sure about him in big games, but one has to admit that Liverpool is a stronger side and a side for which we have not the squad nor the tactics to play against very well.
Here's a good thread.

Did you watch the game? They are physically stronger, showed that in both games. They press high, they pass well. It's not like the classical physically strong but shit playing team, quite the opposite actually. When I say stronger I mean the entire package, players and tactics. Accepting the pressure in the first game was one way to try to solve the problem, which we did in the first leg. But again, they had a couple of clear chances, a goal line save from Rakitic, Salah's shot hitting the post. The 3-0 was not necessarily illustrating what really happened in the first leg. We went with the same tactics and it was not enough.
Yeah and Alba made two unbelievable mistakes yesterday not to mention he should have scored in that chance while he was looking for Messi. What's your point? It's clear as a day our biggest problem yesterday was Valverde and his loser mentality. We have a very hood squad, probably top 3 in the world and for sure stronger than Lpool. Our problem is Valverde and that's obvious for anybody with eyes.
at this level the coach makes a huge difference with the level of motivation he gives to his players, klopps liverpool were motivated as fuk even though they were down 3-0, he pushed his team which made them run for 90 minutes non stop, valverde stand there with a stone cold face and once in a while squats pretending like he is analysis the game, when we were down 2-0, 3-0, 4-0 he had no reaction, he didnt push the players, didnt tell them anything, a big coach would motivate his team to defend harder, to play harderMy point is, as usual, things are not as simple as they seem to be.
I for one do not believe that coaches have as much influence as the footballing world and most ignorant fans try to believe. Usually, it's quite hard to find any coach effect with the most sophisticated scientific methods. Again, I still believe they have an effect, but their influence is overrated because people are using anecdotal evidence instead of empirically sound arguments.
I am trying to think about a way we could have played against Liverpool with this squad and I have no answer to that question. I am not sure if things (score wise) would have looked differently if we played Arthur instead of Vidal in both games for example, i.e., controlling the game. But if somebody has the tactical answer to that, I am open to hear ideas. This does not mean that I defend Valverde. I think it's a huge disappointment that we gave away 2 clear leads consecutively.
