At least this season there's the slight feeling some teams are catching up with Red Bull. And with Newey leaving next year, it's promising.

2023 I hardly watched any race after the initial ones. Verstappen drove arguably the most superior car in F1 history, in terms of competition.

According to Brad Pitt their car has no speed in the straights. For realism I’m expecting him to be stuck in a DRS train for 90 minutes and then credits roll.

Nice to be wrong. Thought the RB upgrades would save them. McLaren firmly faster now and Max not taking it well

Good that we're getting team orders shambles alongside the one-two finishes

I attributed McLaren's improvements to Red Bull stepping off the gas, initially, but now it seems the real deal. Max sounded very uncomfortable with the car setup in Hungary.

It seems that the alleged Horner infidelity affair really tore RB apart, much more that it seemed at first.

With Newey jumping ship, I expect them to sink next year. This is a prime opportunity for McLaren, Mercedes and Ferrari (although I think that Ferrari will again invent a new way to fail spectacularily). My bet is that 2025 WC will be either Lando or Oscar.

Horner is unrelated

Newey might not have even designed the latest floor upgrade. Just left without making much a continuity

Damn, Vertstappen looking a bit shit when he's not got the best car around by a mile.
Verstappen is a great driver, won plenty when the RB was miles off the Mercedes but can be absolutely hot headed.

Lets himself down with his antics sometimes.

Got fooled by the initial RB supremacy earlier in the season, also based on results from previous seasons.

Sergio Perez's performance in the last few races is telling something is wrong with their cars.

Whether others improve or Newey has left development.

No comments here after a fantastic F1 race at Spa this year?

Was about to, but then saw Russell might get DQ-ed
He actually got DQ-ed lmao.

Was a great race. I really like Piastri and think he has higher potential than Lando.
