Faye plays very like Sammy Kuffour.

Almost slows down to let attackers think can take him on then goes steaming in to win ball when they try.

Another good game from Faye.

Need to try and get Casado a loan to the Segunda this winter. He's outgrown the B team, and what's coming from behind has more chances of making it to A. Best not to clog it up.

Someone like Andorra who our favourable to our loans. They have Jandro starting, but Casado is a bit more dynamic.

Not sure but I think only suspensions for direct red cards are carried over.

But maybe that's just when it comes from CDR to La Liga games (or reverse).
Although Fermín López was sent off during the game with Barça Atlètic, he will be available to Xavi for the game vs. Real Betis, because Barça Atlètic have a game earlier and he will serve his suspension then. @sergisoleMD

Faye going to have huge chances if continues this level.

He is going to be exactly what top teams want in CBs that can defend the dribble and be good/quick enough to play as a full back in a back four or a third CB in a three depending if team have ball or not.

The way likes of Ake is playing for City at moment.

Barca is already up there as one of most versatile squads in Europe amongst the top teams and going to get even stronger in this. Virtually every player in Barca team can cover multiple positions.

Tell you who looks at this Barca squad and thinks they would love to work with it over next few years.... Pep.

Only two games in, but Faye is going to make it very difficult for Chadi (and Marmol for that matter) to return.

Both are in LaLiga right now, so alot can change in two years development, but Faye looks a cut above from the initial eye test.

Can't wait to see the Senegalese wall Mbacke-Faye.

In recent days, the Barça club has been awaiting the arrival of Mamadou Mbacke Fall - the footballer wants to be called Mbacke and has put it that way on his shirt - and since the weekend he has already been in Barcelona, although We will still have to wait a few days to see him play with Barça Atlètic.

The Senegalese will begin training soon, in the coming days, under the orders of Rafa Márquez. He will need a logical period of adaptation to the team and getting fully fit. The defender arrives on loan from the Los Angeles Galaxy, of Major League Soccer.

Remember when we were talking about his contract expiry? Seems like there was an error on TM, it's now saying 30 June 2024.

That's his contract at Barca.

I think his LAG contract is probably expiring in December 2024. MLS season is played from February/March to November/December so players's contracts usually expire end of calendar year.
