They have an injury crisis.
Kovasic, Kante and Jorginho are WC trio.
And in the hypothetical situation when they have FDJ as well, it would be hard to leave 2 out every time

The problem really hasnt been midfield. It was a goaltending mistake and poor set piece defending.

What actually makes sense is them wanting Auba, because despite playing a back 3, the rest of the line up are average to below average goal scorers.

Hate to see teams playing withour number nine.

Havertz,Sterling and Mount are good players but they can't score combined 30 goals in league.

Gallagher js overrated, he is shit on the ball when there is pressing on him.

I know that he can't be worse than Busquets, but he will need an impressive performance for Xavi to notice.
Maybe this red card is one of these small details that can make our season and we will be discussing in May.
