So does that mean Everton mistoke 30 million for 3 million or we did?

Bartomeu hired him if I'm not mistaken, and the board resigned. Doesn't it mean that he resigned aswell ? Or was he allowed to keep his job ?

Braida is not negotiating anything. His job is not to be involved in these negotiations at all, unless it is for players he has been sent to follow which is mainly in Italy. That's Raul Sanllehi's job and he's the one running the sporting area at the moment.

Braida's job is to use his contacts, mainly in Italy, for our advantage and write reports, advice for or against which player to sign or not and try to negotiate from there. Something he has failed to do so far as seen in the Pogba negotiations where Juve are not willing to settle for anything less than the initial demand likewise with The Fat Rat(Raiola), Pogba's agent.

I think people have misunderstood his role. Any 'normal' negotiations like in Deulo's case, if they even exist, is running through Raul Sanllehi(who also worked for the previous board), not Ariedo Braida.

Ariedo Braida is not the Sporting Director of Barca nor do he have any role in the sporting management of the club. He is in an advisory role and the only time he will negotiate anything is when the club has sent him to do so like with Paul Pogba.

And to add to that, as reported by Miguel Rico(one of the most reliable journos out there), the club will tell Braida to zip it because right now he has no role to play, no one to buy, no one to negotiate with, because until the elections are over and we know who the next President is, no player will arrive and no one knows whether a possible new president and board want to sign Pogba and Gerson or not. Bartomeu want so, but we don't know if he'll win or not. So until that's clear, there's nothing anyone can do.

And we now know what Juve want as Benedito said he talked with Andrea Agnelli, The Presi of Juve(unless he lied which only a fool would do).

Juventus' demand is apparently 80m and Pogba(most likely Raiola)'s demand is a salary of 12m net.
