Give me 1 example of the all the games we dropped points so far,

where we did because we did not see out the game

One example
The game against Betis. Where the players tried to attack but a mispass by Gavi. Started Betis’ counter which led to the equaliser. In that situation, he should’ve sent a that ball to the end of the stadium.

Game against Celta, we were winning 2-1 and the players were still going for the attack. In this situation with 10 players, normally we would go back but we didn’t…

We would NOT, and you know that very very well

We would not have gotten past PSG in that game alone.
They were outplaying us from min.1' in the 11v11 state of the game.

Even in the unlikely scenario where we had gotten the qualification, we would have been out to Dortmund next, which would have been even more embarassing
PSG were not outplaying us. They created one good chance before the red card and we took the lead. If it weren’t for the red card, the game would’ve been very very different…

Based on what we would not have beaten PSG? They had 120 mins in 11 vs 11 and were 2 goals down. If Lewa could finish  we would have been 3 ahead.

See, easy to imagine how things would have went if this or that happened instead of what it did happen.

Give us some stats on that game before while it was 11 v 11.

I know we were 1 goal up & created 1 or 2 more "big chances", more clear chances than PSG had.

But you're the stats guy, give us some stats to show us what we were seeing wasn't true,11 v 11.

I'm waiting for him to give us some stats that explains this away, let's see what he comes up with.

And anyone else who said we would have lost anyways.

You cannot explain hypotheticals. Thing is managers would prefer bettter things to happen. Xavi would have preferred a defender who doesn't lose his head there, maybe Flick prefers some players don't miss easy chances here and there. Can't control that. What you can do is work with what you have and after you draw the line you see how good of a job you made.

Anyway, the squad doesn't help managers at Barcelona overall. If anything, it makes their job harder and increases the need of compromise. For me, I prefer the compromise is made and we win as much as possible under these conditions. And it seems this is what the club demands also.

What I'm most curious with Flick is whether he can turn us into winners sticking to his guns, whether he makes changes and adapts like the previous manager, or whether he ends up losing on all major fronts. Unless any crisis happens, I'm giving him 2 years to find an answer to these questions.

Last match was already a huge improvement, without Yamal we have completely dominated Atletico. Hansi cant do anything if our players waste our chances. Rashy would be very useful for second half of the season, hope we can get him.

Im chilled. After christmas we will eat the teams again.
