Identity of player died tragically

Can any older fans remember the name of a Barca player who tragically died of seafood (shellfish ?) poisioning away back around the late 1960s or early 1970s ?

I think he may have been a reserve player who was coming through the ranks into the first team.

I used the Google search engine and found a brief mention on a Real Madrid website to season 1967-68 when an important game against Barca in the Nou Camp was postponed due to the tragic death of a player named Benitez.
