Jakub "Kuba" Błaszczykowski (born 14 December 1985) is a Polish footballer who plays as a winger for German Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund. He is the captain of the Poland national football team.
He refused an offer of Manchester City this summer.
"Borussia comes first. We have a great team, a brilliant coach, amazing fans and good perspectives."
"It isn't all about money. In Dortmund I have my family and all I need."
Why would Manchester City buy another winger from the moment they have Navas Silva Nasri Milner all of them playing there.I can't understand the logic of this team wanting to buy everyone they see..Nasri and Silva have been bad for a big time and Milner is not the best of players but still they are full of players..
I read that his closest friends told him not to go there. That they treat people like stuff. There are numbers not people, they don't care about player's development etc etc
It was a good decision to stay, he's fine at Dortmund and has a good opinion there.
Respect that he rejected offer from Man City. I think it's good decision, Dortmund's fans love him, and in City he will be just another winger. BVB needs him, he needs BVB.
Absolutely love the man and have so much respect for him. He probably had the worst childhood imaginable and overcame all of that to become the man he is today. It is such a treat to see him improve every season.
