Kaka in the nominees for Fifa World Player of the Year-Deserved or not?

Exactly, he did well in the Confederations Cup with Brazil but with Milan and Madrid this season is doing bad and isn't at his best form that we have seen play with the National team or in the past. Someone else could have taken over his spot easily. So no he didn't deserve to be a nominee imo.
