Such a plastic club I don't understand how they can live with the fact most of their players are just there for the money. Even their legend Mbappe turned against them as soon as he bumped them for Madrid after milking as much money as he could from them.

If I was French I'd rather be a Marseille, Monaco, Lille fan honestly... No idea how so many people support them.

You mean the fans or the owners? Because the owners bought the club for 2 reasons exactly. To launder dirty money and to use it as a big ad and sportswashing tool for Qatari tourism.
Some old fans are probably not happy with the tought, but the majority loves success. They had Messi, Neymar, Mbappe. Are winning the league often enough and compete in the CL. And by the time Mbappe left them, their owners present them with new toys to hype like Kvara now. What's there not to love.

They need to try and spare the embarrassment of a CL exit so went big on Kvara.

I think they need a striker more than winger though because Barcola is not their problem.

Gyokeres would have been a better bet for same money for example.

He hasn’t fallen off. Still very inventive and dangerous, but with worse finishing. Had a great last year too starting from January or so.
