He's not just French, he lived in Paris. So it's not strange he didn't want the move. He will be in a familiar environment and close to friends and family. For someone of his age this can be a very determining factor. And PSG has a great squad with players like Verratti and Neymar now, Neymars signing might have influence his decision also. He's also only 18 years old, plenty of time to join other big clubs in his career.

As long as PSG have the money to keep him, he'll stay. Most players are not as obsessed about always playing the CL final as some people think.
