- I don't have to wish, hope, or project anything because they actually play for PSG. Right now, today, and will do so for the foreseeable future.

- Your personal feelings about PSG aren't relevant. What is relevant is how Neymar, and more importantly, Mbappé and young Parisians feel about the club.

Mate, no offense, but you are insignificant. How you and your friends feel about PSG isn't really relevant. It's clear that the club is growing.

Come on. Those stars met with Neymar and Mbappe because of Neymar and Mbappe and because they are two of the biggest stars in football, not because of PSG. They (other than Kobe perhaps) don't care who they play for.

And please, just because some sport stars met with those two does not mean PSG is growing in popularity.

Of course, what you think is as insignificant as what I think, as we are just two individuals. But the general consensus among football fans points to not a flattering picture for PSG.

You guys really, really shouldn’t be getting high and mighty with PSG and throwing crap all over Jair Ventura. Trends are obviously noticeable. Ligue 1 as a collection of clubs isn’t banking its rise on 2 stars in its epicentre. It’s should be institutional effort to halt that, because RM and Barca future success in Europe isn’t granted.

What trends? Other than an inflated TV deal, I don't see any trends indicating Ligue 1 is getting better or more popular around the world.

Of course that doesn't have anything to do with how La Liga clubs will fare in the future. If not managed carefully they might sink like the Milan clubs have but that is not the point here.

I am really sick and tired of that PSG and Ligue 1 supreme shit propagated by that individual here. If money alone can build the best league in the world, the Qatari league will be the best in the next 50 years.

You asked for evidence that PSG has grown more popular around the globe and were provided with it. Predictably, you ignored it, because it goes against what you want to believe.

What you're really upset about is the things I've predicted over the years coming true. I'd suggest you get over it, because things will continue to trend the way the are.

I hate to tell you this but Neymar and Mbappé are now associated with PSG. That was part of the logic behind committing the resources to them that PSG did. Global stars help your club from a standpoint of marketability and brand recognition.

And please, just because some sport stars met with those two does not mean PSG is growing in popularity.

The worlds most popular athletes hanging out with PSG players, visiting the Parc Des Princes, coming to training-- doesn't mean PSG's is popularity is growing? Um... ok. I'm sure these things were occurring a decade ago.

But you don't speak for anyone but yourself. Your opinion is only yours. It isn't anyone elses, so you should stop presenting it as fact.

The amount of hatred he gets from fellow Barca fans (not only here, but also other sites as well as social media) is astounding. Relax guys, he is very young, of course he will make mistakes; it's all part of growing

Evidence? Some stars went to meet Neymar and Mbappe indicated that Ligue 1's popularity is growing? How naive are you?

I will ping you when one of these two leaves PSG and I will enjoy over your weeping and sobbing.

Do you have any data, for example in the increase in social media followers, increase in merchandise sales, increase in commercial sponsorship and endorsements etc. to support your imaginary claim that PSG and Ligue 1 have become more popular around the world?

Lol money alone.. such a romantic and borderline pompous view of success building. What do you think built Premiership as we see it today? Fergie and Wenger genius alone? What do you think built La Liga? Cruyff alone? You’ve been given an example of Monaco who buy smart, develop and sell for 20x the value while building their rep both during and before Rybolovlev. Many great players came through Lyon’s ranks.

Get a grip man. French league is following a decent business model. Investors are richer than they were in the 80s and 90s and come from places not ordinarily connected to the west back then, it’s no surprise. Same process with greater figures.

What business model are you talking about? Monaco's model? It is not that different from BVB's model, one could argue.

What is it about the French league the other leagues don't have?

Best academies in the world or at least better than English ones, for sure.
