Wouldn't be the first time with PSG and that magic checkbook. Would be a mistake for Mbappe to not leave sporting wise. But 100m plus whatever PSG would leave him in an account in Qatar would tempt anyone.

On his best position, Vini has been turning out great this season for you guys, especially in big games. You already clowned PSG with Mbappe and Neymar two out of two times, so you clearly can win things and go deep in CL without bending over and going Qatar-mode with wages.

If he's interested in Barca, then at least try again right? But more money is just not possible. Only thing that can be offered is the city, culture, and sporting project. Legacy too, but these new crop of players don't really seem to care much for it.

If this can be pulled off then Neymar/Messi came through.

Leonardo apparently doesn't know anything about what Mbappe will do either, judging by the comments after the game.

It sounds like Mbappe has told them he's open to staying tbh. But maybe he'll have certain terms before agreeing an extension, even if it is for two years.

PSG's midfield apart from Verratti is average and their CBs are incredibly overrated. I assume he'll ask them to upgrade significantly there.

No it doesn't? If he had told them, Leonardo wouldn't have said what he said.

Maybe he stays, maybe he doesn't, todays statement does not bring any assurances to any party.

Poch generally doesn't give certain answers. It's just a variation 'based on what I know I think x but in football you never know'.

It does seem they have a pretty decent relationship though so wouldn't be surprised if it does reflect he leans towards the 1+1 deal
