He plays almost exactly like Neymar
Ignoring FFP, will anybody in the football world take PSG seriously after spending 300M + on transfers (seeing they also want a midfielder)? It just makes their shady relationship to FFP more obvious and would cause UEFA to act in one way or another (review the rules or investigate PSG).
If Flo can actually be useful for once, and join the other clubs against PSG. I don't know how, and in what universe PSG can not get a CL ban if they get both neymar, and mbappe in the same mercato.Uncle Flo isn't going to be happy.
I'm perfectly okay with with PSG getting him (and even putting more pressure on themselves), while at the same time Madrid fans were cheering on PSG to take Neymar from us.
That tweet also says that Di Maria will be sold. How much do they plan to sell him? He isn't even that good nowadays.

Review the rules maybe, but investigations on what ? They will study the PSG account. Where does the 220M€ appear ?
WC ambassador? But how could they get away with that?
I am not familiar with WC ambassadors. Are they any past ambassador who got millions to promote a WC?

for the FFP there is strong regulations on sponship money to stop articially boosting a clubs income revenue, however there is no regulation on this scenario where the money is given to the player in order to pay the buy out clause (as far as I can read that is). This needs to be ammended somehow into the FFP framework
That's why I said review the rules. If PSG can spend that money without breaching FFP, UEFA needs to act anyhow, as it would cement FFP as a joke.
That said I don't know enough about the Neymar deal or FFP rules to determine whether that deal went according to FFP rules. And 160M€ + bonus for Mbappé and possibly a midfielder (e.g. Seri for 40 M), Neymar's wages etc., that's still unreal spending that needs to be checked.
Either way, I can't see how this will not harm PSG's image among the pro football world.

I'd rather RM 3peat than see PSG validate themselves and the idea that you can buy yourself to a title just with the flick of a checkbook.
