I am claiming that it makes ton of sense paying cash now, instead of dealing with Mbappe being free agent with ton of leverage which would definitely go over 100M just in terms of signing bonus let alone other factors such as wages, question of image rights and other bonuses. Hence, even if it goes over 200M, who cares?

PSG gets cash. Mbappe gets his dream club. While Madrid does not go to war with PSG and instead gets a post CR7 / Messi generational player to present at New Bernabeu.

The idea that he and Vini are incompatible is non-sense. Not only that he can, but he should play as CF and not as LW. While for RW, i hope Rodrygo makes a final push.

Or another option being 4-4-2, with him and Vini being upfront.

I don't think by getting him from PSG this summer will help Madrid avoid issues such as image rights and other bonuses and his wages etc.

But if it happens, I am happier that at least you guys are shelling out money for him.

He should, but he won't.
That is the thing, he doesn't want to play the position, Mbappe has been known to prefer the LW exclusively for few seasons now.

I don't think PSG will bench him at all, their pride is not as big as their need to get results, especially in Europe. And Mbappe is the only one who can deliver them that.

Isnt statpadding worth less in Ligue 1 next season though? They dropped from top 5
